Derek Nash and his Acoustic Quartet launched his latest album Down on Frenchmen Street on 10th September at Pizza Express Jazz Club, Soho.

The album is inspired by the new centre of jazz in New Orleans. Featuring Derek’s new and exciting Acoustic Quartet, the album is full of lyrical melodies and infectious rhythms, with nods to Derekʼs jazz roots – from Blue Note to Samba to Ellington and Debussy. Down on Frenchmen Street takes you on a journey from New Orleans to Mexico and beyond.
